Why do people think very high about themselves and mistreat others

Is it because of their wealth or because of their knowledge

Rich ones ill-treat those without such money

Knowledgeable ones look down upon the not-so-great performers

For reasons I couldn't figure out

Can't they get the fact that their wealth may leave them someday without their 'consent' or their ignorant knowledge can lead them into a shit hole 

Can't they understand that the poor kid they humiliated can grow wealthier and stronger to crush them with his mighty power and brute force

Can't they figure out that the not so bright kid can someday become a winner, whom their kids would look upon as an idol

Don't they know that it is only a matter of time that mighty empires can turn into ashes

How can you be rich without the treasure of kindness in your heart

How knowledgeable are without the meaning of equality in your thought

And yet, my friend, you don't realize

I know
